Here you can find and print receipts for tickets that you have purchased by tapping your bank card. Retrieve your receipts by entering your payment card details.
- You can retrieve receipts for payments that are up to 90 days old.
- Have you tapped a payment card on a mobile device? Enter the card details of the physical payment card that the mobile card is linked to.
How we protect your data
Payment card details are handled in a secure manner and are not stored by Västtrafik. The service for retrieving receipts meets the current requirements of the international security standard PCI DSS.
